About the event
Kalo Chorio brings its wine-making heritage into the village square for a weekend devoted to Commandaria and traditional Cypriot food. Visitors can taste the celebrated amber wine alongside palouze, soutzoukos, pisies, halloumi, resi and zivania, and can join the communal preparation of palouze rather than only watching from the sidelines. The programme begins at 14:30 on Saturday and continues through 22:00 on Sunday. Admission is free.
