About the event
Mosfiloti celebrates mosfilo with food stalls, jam-making demonstrations and live music in the village square. The eighth festival takes place on Sunday 18 October 2026, from 13:00 to 18:00, in the Larnaca district village. The Deputy Ministry of Tourism’s Heartland of Legends programme describes stalls and demonstrations of mosfilo jam or jelly making, alongside wood-fired bread, halloumi, anari, palouzes and other traditional products. Craft demonstrations, children’s activities, music and dancing are also announced. The council’s current poster names Dimitris Lalaios and the Minoites for the live music. Food and drink will be sold; the checked council poster and tourism programme do not specify an admission charge, so entry should not be assumed to be free.
