Olive harvesting, village flavours and hands-on traditions shape a Sunday celebration in Nikitari–Asinou on 11 October 2026, starting at 11:00 around the community’s Multi-Use Hall and village. Visitors can explore the olive groves, join the harvest and learn how traditional cracked olives are prepared. The programme includes olive-based dishes, warm palouzes, an olive-oil candle workshop, handmade products and children’s olive-themed activities. The Community Council offers toasted bread with olive oil and oregano and cracked olives as a welcome treat. Traditional dances and live music complete the gathering. Entry is free.
