Along the Ayia Napa coastline, Landa is a stretch of sand with clear water and a good deal within reach of it — a quieter option than its neighbours, and one that suits families, groups and solo travellers equally.
Easy to reach
Landa sits halfway between Nissi beach and Makronissos, which makes it straightforward to find and easy to combine with either.
Eating on the sand
The Las Marie bar restaurant is on the beach — salads, tacos and seafood, with drinks, and the sand directly in front of you.
In the water
Jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rides and windsurfing all run from here, and lifeguards are on duty — worth knowing if you are swimming with children.
Rugged cliffs and greenery ring the sand, which is what gives Landa its quieter feel: close to everything in Ayia Napa, but set slightly apart from it.
More around Ayia Napa
Nissi Beach
The sandbar to the islet, beach bars along the back, and water that stays shallow a long way out.
Makronissos Beach
Three small bays west of Ayia Napa, quieter than Nissi, with the rock-cut tombs of Makronissos behind the sand.
Vathia Gonia Beach
A small cove ringed by low rock on the eastern edge of Ayia Napa — quiet by day, one of the best sunset spots on the coast.
Konnos Bay
A sheltered cove between two cliffs on the edge of Cape Greco park — glass water, pines to the sand.
